The funeral is an important opportunity to pay tribute to someone you loved. It is a time for relatives and friends to gather tell stories, to share memories, to acknowledge your loss and support one another. We are open-minded in providing a more personal arrangement to suit your needs and reflect the life of your loved one.
We've worked hard to make the surroundings as comforting as possible, for you during this difficult time.
 | McCriskin - Gustafson Home for Funerals McCriskin - Gustafson Home for Funerals has been family owned and operated since 1975. It was founded in 1975 by Richard McCriskin. The original building, built in 1870 was a parsonage home. In 1976, a front addition was added to the building in order to convert it to a funeral home. William joined his brother in 1978.

 | McCriskin - Gustafson Home for Funerals Because of growth a second addition was completed in 1983. This included a second chapel/visitation room. With a growing community and the demand to help serve families better another addition was required. A more spacious entrance and increased chapel space were greatly needed along with a better circulation for visitors.

This design continues inside, with a barrel ceiling that once was the old selection room. A fireplace adds warmth and a tradition to the front entryway. Structural columns added during the addition help frame the casket setting.
