Williamstown, NJ – Angela (Cuzzola) Orazi, 80, known to many as Lena, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Juniper Village Memory Care Living in Williamstown, NJ. Born in Reggio Calabria, Italy, Lena moved to the United States in the late 1950’s where she lived in Elizabeth until 1977, settling to South Plainfield and finally to Williamstown in 2014.
She worked her entire life as a seamstress having been employed at numerous factories. Her true joy in life was spending time with family and friends entertaining them at her home.
She was predeceased by her husband John in 2014, sister Maria Agliata in 2013, and brother-in-law Luigi LaGamba.
Lena leaves behind her loving children; John Orazi of South Plainfield, Frances O’Brien and her husband Derek of Mentor, OH, and Angela Otlowski and her husband Anthony of Williamstown and three grandchildren; Anthony and Emma Otlowski and Aidan O’Brien. She also leaves behind her siblings; Francesca LaGamba, Theresa Mazzarella and her husband Frank, and brother-in-law Peter Agliata as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Monday, March 26, 2018 from 4-8pm and on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 beginning 9:00 am.
Funeral services will be held 9:30 am in the funeral home on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 followed by a 10:00 am funeral mass at the Church of the Sacred Heart in South Plainfield. Mausoleum entombment will be held at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.
