Obituary for Angela Teresa Klein (Raimondi)

Angela Teresa Klein (Raimondi)
Angelina (Angela) Teresa Klein, 91, a loving, devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed on to reunite with her adoring husband the late Herbert Ernst Klein, on Monday, May 14, 2018.

Born in Yonkers, NY on December 3, 1926 to the late Joseph and Mariana Raimondi, Angela was raised in a loving, traditional Roman Catholic household. As a first generation American, she grew to become the epitome of strength, wisdom, hard work, and determination.

As a young woman, Angela attended Pace University in addition to pursuing her passion in Art and Design. Angela’s true talents came into play when she married the love of her life, and became a devoted wife and mother of three. In 1965, after the sudden loss of her beloved husband, the strength of Angela’s character was never more apparent. She returned to school and earned a degree in Secretarial Science; culminating in a stellar 42 year career as a devoted employee in the Statistics Department at Rutgers University, all while raising a young family. Angela continuously modeled selflessness, strength and dedication for her children.

In addition to her parents and her beloved husband Herbert, Angela was preceded in death by her in-laws Ilse and Ernst Klein, her dear siblings, Vito Raimondi, Jack Raimondi, Anthony Raimondi and wife Helen, Carmine Raimondi, and Mary Charles and husband Al, and her niece Jodi Raimondi.

She is deeply loved, adored, and survived by her devoted children, Mark Klein, Paul Klein and wife Sue, and Lisa Cusumano and husband Jeff, her cherished grandchildren Katie Weinreich and husband Jordan, Molly Jones and husband Chris, Courtney Klein and fiancé Mark Greenly, Alexandra Cusumano, Nicholas Cusumano, Spencer Cusumano, her great-grandchildren Christian, Morgan, Oliver, Hayden, Tatum, Eli, and Harper, her dear sister Marian Agnes Tocco, sisters in law Angie Raimondi and Connie Raimondi, as well as her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Family and friends may attend the visitation on Friday, May 18, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00AM on Saturday May 19, 2018 at St. Frances Cabrini R.C. Church, Piscataway.

Interment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.
